Coop Property Development Company Limited (CPDCL) is an indigenous construction company capable of delivering every conceivable design in building, civil engineering and the construction industry as a whole. We are poised at delivering quality and standardized projects of all types and frames at cost effective prices while meeting customer’s needs.

Our company is rapidly growing, however our commitment and dedication towards exhibiting high skills project delivery is constantly renewed.

CPDCL started as a property development department of Coop savings & Loans Limited (CSLL) in 1995, its primary objective was to develop houses based on CSLL customer’s request.

CPDCL was incorporated in 2009 as a limited liability company, in line with CBN regulations though with strong affiliation to Cooperative Mortgage Bank formerly Coop Savings and loans Limited.

The Company is a full member of the real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and has over the years developed the skills of fast and durable quality mass houses.

Our commitment to innovation and excellence invariably results in a successfully completed project for our clients. We understand and promote the idea of working as a partner with our clients to ensure their goals are met.

We undertake a variety of projects for a wide range of clientele. Our unique and flexible project management systems ensure that a positive outcome is achieved regardless of size and nature of project. We emphasize on clear communication and follow through procedures.

Establishing ourselves as a corporate body with indigenously adaptable technology in civil engineering field, building and environmental service as well.

While championing cultural changes in engineering works and service delivery remains our paramount concern in the course of achieving our long term objectives.

The means of achieving these will be through the engagement of the right human capital, equipment, skills and research & development of both indigenous and foreign expertise in modern day engineering service provision.
